!Upgrades for hosted sites, custom added modules and custom platforms are not included. Existing platforms are never upgraded – only new platforms are added on system upgrade, when available, so you can follow Aegir Upgrades Workflow and Aegir Best Practices. Custom platforms build, platforms and sites troubleshooting, data recovery from backup etc. are subject to extended support, available at our hourly rate $150 USD. Standard support available Mon-Fri 8AM-8PM UTC is included, but covers only included services. Scheduled system upgrades are announced on Twitter and App.net.
