Since 2CO doesn’t offer any extra ‘comments’ text-area in their order forms (yet), we are using both your e-mail address and URL referrer as a key to properly identify the order. If you will place the order using the same e-mail address you have used for your initial/base purchase and you are purchasing the same kind of Core, then it will be processed as an upgrade and not new instance setup, automatically. But if you have more than one Aegir instance hosted with us, or you are purchasing different type of Core, we will always contact you by e-mail to confirm the intention.
