The price includes 7 days of free basic training, but doesn’t include site importing or troubleshooting. Optional support is available as a monthly service (see below). Additional support per individual agreement. Supported OS: Linux Debian Lenny. Requires fresh VPS without other running websites or custom pricing apply. Optional add-ons: Site Import and Google Apps Setup.

Why there is no high performance guarantee for remote install?
The reason we can’t guarantee the same performance on other systems is: different providers are using different hardware and OS settings even for options looking similar in terms of RAM, available CPU power etc. Furthermore, if you will choose our managed 512MB RAM option, you will be hosted on 4-8x more powerful system, with ability to scale to at least 2GB of RAM and 2GHz of CPU power (burstable and free), while when using 512MB RAM VPS elsewhere, you will get only 512MB RAM max, and the same for CPU power. Aegir on your VPS Optional Support
Includes every-minute uptime/self-healing monitoring and weekly security updates for VPS OS, security and version upgrades for Aegir Hosting System and Aegir Platforms. Updates of created websites, custom added modules and custom platforms not included.
Custom Platforms build, troubleshooting, data recovery from backup etc. are subject to extended support, available at hourly rate or as a monthly subscription, depending on number of managed servers and level of expected technical assistance. Contact us to discuss your custom needs »
